Salon space rental
A beautiful, fully equipped private space. Rentals include up to 10 hours per day, subject to availability and an agreed schedule.

Rental rules & requirements
- Licensed beauty professionals only. Proof of license is required.
- A $50 security/cleaning deposit is due at booking, separate from the rental price. It is refundable after the rental when the space is returned in the same clean condition, without damage. The deposit is nonrefundable on cancellation.
- Full payment is due before access.
- Bring your own products, tools, towels and supplies.
- Return the space in the same clean condition as received. Proper sanitation and disinfection are required.
- No additional guests; only your clients may attend.
- No smoking, vaping or illegal activities.
- The renter is responsible for any damages.
- Access is limited to the agreed rental time, up to 10 hours per day.
- Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the rental payment. The deposit is nonrefundable.
- Failure to follow the rules may result in loss of future rental privileges.
